As London Fashion Week takes the stage (or catwalk in this case), it’s the perfect time to reflect on what we’ve seen so far this Fashion Month. As expected, New York kicked off the fashion party with an array of exciting designer offerings for Autumn/Winter 2016.
Victoria Beckham brought back the corset whilst completely OWNING the midi skirt, and Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne brought a new fresh urban twist to DKNY with a series of black statement sweatshirts with white bold phrases such as ‘Don’t knock New York’ – we won’t DKNY, we really won’t.
It goes without saying that the New York fashion scene has been inspiring on and off the runway over the past few days. The fashion community took to the streets with fearlessly fantastic outfits, unique accessories, and all round inspiring takes on current and upcoming trends.
Let’s take a look at some of the New York Fashion Week street style snaps that have caught my eye this week courtesy of (my favourite street style photographer) Diego Zuko for Harper’s Bazaar:
Over to you, London!
