British produce champion Boyds Grill & Wine Bar will be marking English Wine Week (28th May-5th June 2016) with a delectable tasting menu created by chef Nate Brewster, complemented by some of the greatest English wines.
If you fancy joining in on the wine celebrations that week, be sure to head to the modern British brasserie for an exclusive four course tasting menu priced at £55 that will include accompanying wines – available for one night only on 31st May 2016. The wines have been paired by Fabien Babanini, the General Manager of Boyds Grill & Wine Bar, who will be sharing his explorations into English wines. Babanini says “we have found some excellent wines which are truly world-class. They work so well with the home-grown ingredients we insist on using, and are the perfect way to fly the British flag for our culinary and viticultural celebration.”
The four course tasting menu will include the following dishes and accompanying drinks:
British cured and potted meats from Trealy Farm
Nyetimber Classic Cuvee
Sipsmith gin cured salmon, Daikon and buttermilk sorbet
Three Choirs ‘Winchcombe Downs’
